About
Cathy is a Translational Research Manager in the Translational Research Office, King’s Innovation Catalyst.
Prior to joining King’s in January 2024, she supported academics at University of Cambridge to translate their research. She has supported projects from early-stage proof of concept through to spin-out and licensing stage, as well as projects undertaking clinical trials. She has helped with small molecule drug discovery, biologics, cell & gene therapy, implantables and wearables, software as a medical device, diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, etc. She has experience in the open innovation industry and in academic research. Her PhD is in molecular genetics.
