Biography
Dr Pham is a Postdoctoral Research Associate of Neurodevelopment and Mental Health and Project Coordinator of the South African Biomarkers of Neurodevelopmental Outcomes Study, embedded in the EU-AIMS-2-TRIAL consortium, at King’s College London, United Kingdom in 2024. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Postdoc Researcher and Project Manager in Policy and Equity at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and University of Melbourne, Australia.
Dr Pham was awarded her multi-disciplinary PhD in Epidemiology, Neuroscience, Paediatrics and Public Health at University of Melbourne, Australia in 2023. Her doctorate was entitled 'Early Origins of Childhood Neurodevelopmental and Emotional-Behavioural Disorders'. She also holds a Bachelor of Sciences (Honours), focusing on neuropharmacology in animal studies, and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences majoring in Drug Discovery Biology at Monash University, Australia.
Dr Pham’s research focuses on environmental influences that shapes brain development and wellbeing over the lifecourse. She was inducted as Emerging Leader into the 2023 Australian Government Victorian Honour of Women.

Dr Pham is an internationally recognised speaker invited to give workshops/talks/lecture at National University of Singapore, Fullbright University of Vietnam, L'Oreal-UNESCO For Women in Science and University College London. She has also been interviewed by ABC National Radio and recognised as a Top 25 STEM Influencer by Feedspot and 'Champion for Women of Colour in STEM' by Stemettes in 2025.
