Mrs Clare Cremin

Clare Cremin is a Practice Education Lecturer in the School of Life Course Sciences. Before taking up this post, Clare worked as a specialist dietitian within a London teaching hospital. Her most recent area of clinical work was with patients with advanced Chronic Kidney Disease. She now builds capacity for dietetic practice based learning Placements across London. Development of simulation for Placement learning is now a particular area of interest.
