Daire joined King's in 2022, completing an MSc in Neuroscience before working as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Research in Eating and Weight Disorders. In 2025, she began her PhD in the Department of Psychosis Studies, where she is currently in her second year. Her research uses functional magnetic resonance spectroscopy (fMRS) to investigate glutamatergic and GABAergic dynamics in schizophrenia.
