
Biography
Dan Sova is a PhD candidate in Investment Arbitration, building on previous LLMs in International Dispute Resolution (King’s) and Banking and Finance Law (UCL) and also on PhD in Tax Las (University of Bucharest), his legal career (over 25 years) spans high-stakes commercial and tax litigation, representation before Romania’s Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, and European courts (ECJ and ECHR), and strategic counsel to both corporate clients and public institutions.
Prior to relocating to the UK, he served for over a decade as Reader in Tax Law at the University of Bucharest, where he authored and coordinated several widely used academic texts.
