Biography

Daniela is a Lecturer in Public Policy in the International School for Government at King’s College London. Before joining King’s, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science, researching new forms of international development cooperation at Waseda University in Tokyo. Daniela's research was published in the Journal of Common Market Studies and the European Journal of Development Research. Before joining academia, she worked in international development and crisis management, in the think tanks and public sector.

Daniela has a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, and a master's degree in Diplomacy and IR from the Diplomatic School of Madrid, where she was a Fellow of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
