
Biography
Elena Funk is a PhD student in the Department of Engineering, King’s College London.
Elena is undertaking a joint industrial PhD with the Danish Fire Safety and Security Technology Institute (DBI). Her research focuses on developing methodology for battery design fires.
Prior to this, she obtained her International Master of Fire Safety Engineering (IMFSE) degree from Ghent University and Lund University.
