Clinical Research Fellow
- MD(Res) Student
Biography
I completed my undergraduate medical training at Imperial College Medical School in 2009. During my training, I completed an intercalated BSc in Medical Sciences and have published several review articles in international journals. I recently completed a postgraduate diploma in oncology and became a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. I have a great interest in Real World Evidence (RWE) and understand the growing importance of RWE as a complement to randomised controlled trials, especially in ensuring greater inclusion of under-represented populations and those with rarer cancers in oncology studies. I look forward to helping set up the Guy’s Cancer RWE database for thoracic malignancies in preparation for future investigations. I hope this will inform future decision-making and improve outcomes, not just for individual patients, but for whole populations.
