Biography
Evie Monnington-Taylor is a behavioural scientist and researcher whose work focuses on applying behavioural science and rigorous evaluation methods to improve public policy and social outcomes.
Most recently, Evie was Director of Research at Vote Rev, an American political action committee. At Vote Rev, she designed and tested new voter engagement tactics using large-scale field experiments.
Before Vote Rev, Evie was a Principal Advisor at the Behavioural Insights Team, in New York and London. In New York, she led social impact collaborations with the private sector, designing, implementing and testing behavioural science interventions with Fortune 500 companies. In London, she worked with governments and intergovernmental organisations to design behavioural interventions and run randomised controlled trials to improve outcomes in criminal justice and employment in the UK, Eastern Europe, South America and the Middle East.
