Biography
Famia is a specialist registrar in Psychiatry currently training at the South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. She has worked as a clinical research associate as part of The Psychoactive Trials Group at The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London since 2021. She holds MbChB from the University of Leicester and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Famia has an interest in psychotherapy and assists with facilitating the Maudsley Psychedelic Society psychedelic integration groups. She has experience working with various psychoactive substances including ketamine, MDMA, psilocybin, 5-MeoDMT as part of her work on various clinical trials in mental health research.
