Gabriela is a Senior Business Operations Officer in the Department of Mathematics. In this role she coordinates administrative support in selected sub-areas of the business function, which includes finance, procurement, auditing, HR, space, health and safety, business continuity, information and data management and general projects. Prior to this, she held a Surveys Officer role at London School of Economics and Political Science. Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of procurement activity and coordinating budgets and expenditure within department
• Leading local administrative support for HR processes such as recruitment, probation and promotion
• Managing estates issue resolution
• Coordinating general administrative support for business continuity and risk management
