Biography
Hendrik Wagenaar was professor at the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the University of Sheffield (until September 2017).
Henk is currently senior academic advisor to the International School for Government at King’s College London and Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Governance and Policy Analysis at the University of Canberra. He publishes in the areas of participatory democracy, interpretive policy analysis, (prostitution) policy and practice theory.
