Hugh joined the Policy Institute in 2024 as Senior Communications Officer.

Hugh’s previous experiences includes supporting GP patients across Essex as a social prescribing link worker, and spending 5 years producing community arts projects across the UK.

Hugh has an MA degree in Playwrighting from Goldsmiths University and trained in Fine Art at Central St. Martins.
