Jack Fosten joined King's Business School as a Lecturer in Economics in September 2018. He is the Education Lead for the Economics Group as well as the Deputy Director of the Data Analytics for Finance and Macro (DAFM) Research Centre.

Prior to joining King's, Jack held the position of Lecturer in Economics at the University of East Anglia. More biographical information can be found on his personal website.

Jack's current research focusses on the econometrics of forecasting, nowcasting, factor models and big data methods in general. He is interested in applied econometrics, particularly nowcasting macroeconomic variables, and topics in energy, environmental and health economics.
