Jan Holm is a Visiting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisor in the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing at Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience and the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Brain Health at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. He is a Research Consultant in the Centre for Age-related Medicine at Stavanger University Hospital, Norway.

Today Jan actively operates in various roles as executive management, growth, commercialization, and international business transformation across innovation-driven disciplines such as digitalization and AI (SaaS), active ageing and longevity, carbon credits and climate innovation, and environmental technology.

He previously held senior roles within the health and medical domain, including Commercial Director at Sensio AS, Managing Director at Safemate AS, Board Member at No Isolation, Board Member at Norway Health Tech and Corporate Director of Marketing at Laerdal Medical, where he led initiatives driving market expansion, digital transformation, and sustainable growth globally.

He has a Bachelors in International Business (Esade, Barcelona and BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo) and extensive experience in corporate growth as a hands on leader with a clear international orientation combining the best of people, technology and user experience in global healthcare innovation.
