
Biography
Joseph is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. He currently teaches Contract and Tort Law on the LLB.
Joseph read law at the University of Oxford, first for the BA in Jurisprudence and then the Bachelor of Civil Law as the Peter Carter Graduate Scholar, winning the Law Faculty Prize for best performance in Transnational Commercial Law. During the BCL, he co-convened the Law Faculty's Conflict of Laws Discussion Group and served as Associate Editor of the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. His legal research has been published by NATO and in leading journals such as the Civil Justice Quarterly and the Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation.
While at Oxford, Joseph also represented Oxford at several international mooting competitions including the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2022, where he emerged as Champion and Best Advocate (Championship Round) at the UK National Rounds as well as Best Overall Applicant, Octofinalist, and 5th Best Advocate globally at the International Rounds.
Outside of work, he volunteers for causes promoting access to higher education and professional careers globally.
