Biography
Joseph is an expert in strategy, analysis and risk management. He has been a public servant since 2007. He has also worked in the think tank sector and in finance. He has master’s degrees in applied economics, international relations and chemical process engineering.

The Peace, Conflict, and International Politics Research Group studies cooperation and conflict in domestic and international politics, including political violence, international institutions and law, peace and conflict resolution, and the political economy of conflict.
