
Biography
Dr Kaitlin Day completed her PhD at Monash University, exploring biological determinants of obesity treatment success.
She has expertise in clinical trial management and nutritional bioinformatics, including transcriptomics and proteomics analysis. She has a special interest using new technologies to understand individual variation in response to dietary interventions.
Kaitlin is working on a project exploring the impact of plant food on gut and cardiometabolic outcomes.
