King’s Academy is the University's pedagogy centre, dedicated to supporting staff in enhancing the teaching and learning environment. 

I focus on scoping, planning and delivering strategic projects and programmes for academic development as part of the University's transformational agendas (Strategy 2026 and Strategy 2030). Recent examples include optimising central CPD including relaunching the Education Conference.

My experience in Project and Programme Management has ben gained within high-performing Museum and Gallery fundraising teams (including Tate and the Natural History Museum). In addition to a successful track record of delivery, I am qualified in Agile delivery (certification obtained in 2022).
