King’s Academy is the University's pedagogy centre, supporting the development of colleagues in teaching and learning roles.

Krystal leads strategic projects and programmes for academic development as part of the University's transformation agenda Strategy 2030. Recent examples include realigning central CPD including relaunching the Education Conference.

Prior to joining Higher Education, Krystal's experience spanned data and fundraising teams in Museums and Galleries. In addition to a successful track record of project and programme delivery, Krystal is an Agile® qualified Project Manager.
