Ms Laila Faridoon received a BSc in Computer Science with first class honours from Ajman University, and then graduated with distinction from the University of Sharjah with an MSc in Computer science. 

Laila's research interests are in digital transformation and project management. She has published a number of papers in these areas and presented in many global conferences. She has more than 19 years of experience in the field of digital and business transformation within the UAE government, and is also an author and a public speaker. Laila has extensive experience in boards management, and has served in many regional and international boards.
