Lauren is an experienced economic policy official who has led international UK negotiations for the UK on tax, trade and financial services. As a Head of Unit at HM Treasury, Lauren has deep experience in international finance policy and has represented the UK in forums like the United Nations, EU, Free Trade Agreement negotiations and the OECD.

Lauren has served as a delegate-elected Chair of a multilateral forum at the OECD on international tax. She is undertaking PhD research in the international financial system, global governance and trade, with a particular focus on multilateral negotiations, trade in services and the GATS.
