Biography
Jin is a PhD candidate in applied public policy at the International School for Government from King’s Policy Institute. She is also a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Department of Political Economy.
Her doctoral research examines the application of e-government services, focusing on government responsiveness, citizen usability, behavioural intentions, and satisfaction with digital services during the COVID-19 crisis in China.
Jin holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Northeast Normal University & Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey. She later earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University.
