Luciana Pereira de Andrade is a PhD Student in Public Services Management and Organisation at King's Business School. Her broad research interest is to study the aspects that influence the diffusion and adoption of new information technology tools in the workplace, with an emphasis on the use of AI in the regulatory processes of health agencies.

The research aims to contribute not only to the development of diffusion theory, but also to practical applications that can be adopted by organizations that want to accelerate the process of adopting new technologies, especially the implementation of artificial intelligence in their processes.
