Biography
Luis C. Garcia Peraza Herrera is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Computer Vision in the Department of Informatics at King’s College London. He has published over 25 papers and holds a US Patent. Previously, Luis was a Research Fellow in Artificial Intelligence at King's and pursued his PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision at University College London, focusing on endoscopic image segmentation for robotic surgery. Luis is also an Imperial College London and University of La Laguna graduate.
From 2018 to 2019 he held a Research Scientist position at Siemens Healthineers at Princeton in the US.
