Biography

Malachy Reynolds is a postgraduate researcher in the Department of Mathematics at King’s College London.

He has been a PhD candidate at King’s College London since 2024 under the supervision of Dr Jean Lagacé. He completed a BSc in Mathematics at University College Cork before receiving the inaugural Martingale Scholarship to study for an MSc and PhD in Mathematics at King’s College London in 2023. His research interests are in spectral theory, shape optimisation, quantum graphs and geometric analysis.
