Biography

After completing my MSc in Nutrition at King’s College London, I joined the Nutritional Sciences Department as a Research Assistant. I am currently working on the PLANTIFUL RCT, investigating how plant foods influence the gut microbiome and cardiometabolic health. Alongside this, I am also involved in a research project within the Nutritional Sciences department exploring the links between plant foods and environmental sustainability. My interests centre on the “double-win” of nutrition - dietary patterns that benefit both human and planetary health.
