Biography
Mark is a PhD researcher in Applied Public Policy at the International School for Government from King’s Policy Institute. Mark joined the ISG in October 2024. He holds a MEconSc and Postgraduate Diploma in Policy Analysis (IPA) and a BA (Hons.) in Economics and Political Science (Trinity College Dublin).
Mark’s research examines the determinants of decision-making by policy makers facing challenges or crisis, specifically examined through a comparative study of healthcare and housing policy-making in England and Ireland.
Mark also works for the Institute of Public Administration, an Irish public service development agency, as a lecturer and programme director in the areas of Irish politics, Public Sector Economics and Statistics.
