Biography

Dr Russell is a rheumatologist and epidemiologist at King’s College London. After completing his medical degree at the University of Cambridge, Mark continued his clinical academic training at King's College Hospital, and completed an NIHR Doctoral Fellowship and NIHR Clinical Lectureship at King’s College London. He is currently an NIHR Advanced Fellow. His academic work combines the analysis of large health datasets with quality improvement methodology, to improve outcomes for people living with rheumatological conditions.
