Biography

Molly Lancaster joined King’s College London in October 2025 as a PhD student researching a proof of concept and feasibility of a school-based exercise intervention to enhance resilience and well-being in adolescent females with ADHD.

Molly is also a member of the ADHD Research Lab and MORPH lab at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London. She is supervised by Professor Ellie Dommett, Dr Oliver Runswick and Professor Heather King.

Alongside her PhD studies, Molly is a secondary school teacher in inner city London, where her passion for empowering education for females, especially those with ADHD, has been amplified.

She has a BSc in Biomedical Science from St George’s University London and an MSc in Psychology, where her interest in sport psychology flourished. She gained her PGCE from Goldsmiths University of London.
