Biography
Muntaha is a Research Assistant in Timothy Tree’s group within the Peter Gorer Department of Immunobiology. She is involved in Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) clinical research, aiming to gain a better understanding of the underlying immune defects in T1D. This research involves receiving trial samples to assess the safety and efficacy of immunotherapies targeted to improving T regulatory cell function and ultimately preventing further beta cell destruction in patients.
