Biography
Nimmy is a research assistant on the REFUEL-MS programme joining in October 2022. REFUEL-MS is a 5.5-year project aiming to develop a digital treatment that can reduce fatigue for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). Nimmy’s role involves exploring the social care needs and the lived experiences of people living with MS, particularly those from seldom heard groups, to inform the development of a digital intervention that is accessible and acceptable for a diverse range of people living with MS.
Before joining the REFUEL-MS research team, Nimmy completed her MSc in Health Psychology at King’s College London in 2022, during which she was a co-facilitator of the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre Race and Ethnicity Advisory Board (READ). She completed her BSc (Hons) Psychology at University of Lincoln in 2020.
