
Biography
Nogayhan is a Bioinformatician in the Integrative Bioinformatics groups, specialising in variant calling. He is responsible for setting up & maintaining pipelines for RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, WGS and WES data analyses. He is providing assistance in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) research in multiple projects. His previous research areas also include microbiome analysis, machine learning and network analysis.
