The SCGG Group is a forum for sharing expertise and advancing best practices at the intersection of genomics, data science, and human health. Our focus is the sophisticated analysis of large-scale genomic datasets, drawing on deep knowledge in statistical genetics, population genetics, and the innovative application of emerging AI methodologies.
Our membership spans multiple faculties and comprises both established and early-career researchers who actively engage in discussing the challenges and research strategies in the field of human genetics. We collectively aim to accelerate the path from complex data to mechanistic understanding and clinical translation. This collaborative exchange is facilitated through our active program of cross-faculty seminars, annual Away Days, and a dynamic online community.
