Biography
Nooshin Goodarzi is a Postgraduate Researcher in the Department of Engineering at King’s College London, where she began her PhD in October 2023.
Her research is focused on the development of persistent joints in superconducting applications. She holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Materials Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, also from AUT. Nooshin graduated with a first-ranked GPA in both her Master’s and Bachelor’s programs in Materials Science and Engineering. Throughout her academic journey, Nooshin was recognised as a talented student by the Department of Honors at AUT. She was selected to pursue a Double Major in Mechanical Engineering and was granted direct entry into the Master’s program in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering due to her outstanding academic performance.
