Omolara is a Research Assistant working with Professor Jo Neale in the Addictions Department at King's College London. She joined this department in July 2026, contributing to the lived and living experience (PPIE) work for the Gambling Harms Research Evidence Centre, supporting the meaningful involvement of individuals with lived experience in research design and delivery.

Prior to this role, Omolara completed a placement year at King's College London within the SGDP Centre, where she worked as an Honorary Research Assistant with BioResource Maudsley. During this time, she contributed to several major research initiatives, including the GLAD Study, EDGI UK, and the IBHO project

She holds a BSc in Psychology from the King's College London and is committed to furthering her academic and professional development through postgraduate study, with long-term aspirations of pursuing a career as a Clinical Psychologist.
