Biography

Orlagh joined King’s College as an Operations and Communications Officer in January 2023. She is based in the Freeman Air and Space Institute (FASI) in the School of Security Studies. Orlagh manages the Institute’s communications, including managing and maintaining the Institute’s website, mailing lists, monthly newsletter, and social media feeds, and works alongside the Institute’s research staff to provide editorial support, showcasing FASI’s publications to a broad audience.

Orlagh leads the day-to-day operations of the Institute and manages the organisation of FASI’s many online and in-person events. Orlagh enjoys collaborating with colleagues in the ongoing development of the Institute’s networks, partnerships and stakeholders.

Originally from Ireland, Orlagh holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from University College Cork and an MA in International Communications and Development from City, University of London.
