Rachel Lukas

Rachel Lukas is a humanitarian and international development professional with more than 10 years of experience in 15 countries across 5 continents, and is currently the COO of TerraMica, an NGO that works to alleviate extreme poverty among coffee-farming families through generational behaviour change and infrastructure interventions. Rachel graduated from King’s College London in 2013 with her MA in Intelligence and International Security, after focusing her studies on counterterrorism strategies in North Africa. In 2021, she completed her MBA at the University of Cambridge with a concentration on social impact in global business. Her academic and professional experiences have focused on the development of sustainable aid and security at an international level.
