
Biography
Rado Angelov received his BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Dundee in 2024. He began his PhD as part of the Wellcome Trust Advanced Therapies for Regenerative Medicine doctoral training programme, obtaining an MRes in Biomedical and Translational Science in 2025.
Rado joined the Neves lab for his PhD project, supervised by Dr Joana F Neves and Dr Robin Dart, studying innate immune-epithelial interactions in the gut driving tumourigenesis in inflammation-driven cancer.
