Biography

Dr Rebecca Lindner is Senior Lecturer in Education Leadership Development at King’s College London. She joined King’s in 2023 from University College London, where she was Principal Research Fellow at the Doctoral School and Associate Professor (Teaching) at UCL’s Centre for Research-based Education. Prior to this, Rebecca was Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Oregon’s Honors College and Head of Humanities at Amsterdam University College. She has taught broadly across the Arts & Humanities in the UK, the US and The Netherlands, and also has extensive experience leading teaching and learning initiatives in the natural and social sciences.

Her areas of expertise include interdisciplinary education, inclusive pedagogy, effective supervisory practice, international co-teaching, professional development for academic leaders, and EDI policy in higher education. Her collaborative work on widening participation for postgraduate research students has been funded by Research England and the Office for Students.
