Biography

Shibeal joined the Department of Political Economy in October 2019. Her doctoral research focuses on improving public sector employee wellbeing while simultaneously improving organisational outcomes (e.g. turnover and sickness absence rates) using behavioural science. 

Shibeal holds a MA (Hons) in Psychology from University of Aberdeen (2011-15) and a MRes in Management from UCL (2018-19). She worked at the Behavioral Insights Group, Harvard Kennedy School (2016-18). She works alongside her PhD as Researcher at What Works for Children's Social Care.
