Biography
Silvia did her PhD in Physics at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Saclay (IPhT). Upon graduating in 2024, she joined the Theoretical Physics group at King’s College London as a Research Associate.
Research interests
Silvia’s research interests lie in the field of quantum gravity, especially holographic dualities. Her work uses both top-down and bottom-up methods in order to understand holography beyond AdS/CFT.
- Holographic dualities
- Asymptotic symmetries and covariant phase space methods
- Black hole physics
