Siobhan Morgan-McDermott
Senior Programme Officer (Student Experience)
Biography
Siobhan oversees the Education team on th operational work involved in teaching and learning administration - leading on activities related to student experience. She also shared oversight of all assessment-related work for the department. Additionally, Siobhan collaborates with the Programme Manager on strategic planning and process improvement. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing work related to student voice, experience, feedback and surveys
- Overseeing work surrounding student support and inclusion
- Supporting academic leads and coordinating the team in matters relating to academic integrity and appeals
- Leading on part of the Engineering assessment sub-boards
- Coordinating the administrative aspects of assessment planning, deliver and marking
- Deputising for the Programme Manager
- Managing the Programme Officers in the Department of Engineering
