Biography
Sophie is a PhD student supervised by Dr. Fiona Lavelle, Prof. Seeromanie Harding, Prof. Sumantra Ray, and Dr. Oliver Canfell. Her PhD focuses on the macro-level determinants of cooking behaviours globally.
Sophie received her BSc in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Urban/Regional Planning at the University of Central Florida, and her MSc/MPH in Public Health at City, St George’s University of London. She also holds a certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Sophie’s research interests are behavioural nutrition and food environments.
