Biography
Suwen (Wen Su) is a PhD candidate in Population Health Sciences at King’s College London, supervised by Dr Arietta Spinou. Her research focuses on applying machine learning to enhance the understanding and management of chronic respiratory diseases.
She holds an MSc in Public Health from National Defense Medical Center and a BSc in Nursing from Chang Gung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Before beginning her PhD, she worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Graduate Institute of Aerospace and Undersea Medicine at National Defense Medical Center, contributing to clinical research and medical education.
Suwen’s academic interests include epidemiology, medical statistics, and digital health. She has presented her research at international conferences and actively contributes to public health and epidemiology studies, advancing the intersection of data science and healthcare innovation.
