As Senior Projects Officer on the President’s Global Leadership Award (PGLA), Zoe plans and delivers the day-to-day administration of the PGLA programme. The President's Global Leadership Award is open to all King's students studying an undergraduate, postgraduate taught course or postgraduate research course.

She also supports hybrid, online and leadership education programmes across the School of Global Affairs, as part of a new team dedicated to widening and improving access to our programmes.

Her duties include:

• Delivering a high-quality student and staff experience for the PGLA programme
• Providing essential advice and support to students and academic staff alike, including solving complex queries and issues at all points of the student life cycle
• Supporting activities such as timetabling, module diets and assessments- Maintaining accurate student data on progress and achievements
• Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate a varied set of activities
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to organise events as part of the programme
