As Senior Programmes Officer, Zoe plans and delivers the day-to-day administration to the online postgraduate programme in the Department of Geography. Zoe offers comprehensive and authoritative advice and support for all staff and students in respect of programme regulations and curriculum choices. In addition to online programme support, Zoe also delivers support for the President’s Global Leadership Award (PGLA), which is open to all King’s students studying on an undergraduate, postgraduate taught or postgraduate research courses.

Responsibilities include:

• Inducting new and continuing students
• Delivering a high-quality student and staff experience for the PGLA programme
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to organise events as part of the PGLA
• Supporting activities such as timetabling, module diets, module registrations, assessments and maintaining accurate student data on progress and achievements
• Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate a varied set of activities for the PGLA, including residential weekends
• Administering course shells, enrolments, and module content on KEATS
• Servicing departmental committees including assessment boards.
• Ensuring quality assurance requirements for programmes and modules.
