Disciplinary Policy & Procedure: Research, Teaching-only & Professional Services staff
All King's employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in the performance of their duties and to meet the standards expected of them. This policy provides a framework to manage occasions where those standards are not met in a fair and consistent way.
This policy applies to all employees on research, teaching-only and professional services terms and conditions of employment. Any allegations concerning research misconduct will initially be dealt with under the Research Misconduct Procedure. Academic employees should refer to the Academic Staff Disciplinary Regulation.
