EDI Strategy 2019 - 2022
King's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy identifies key areas of continued investment and a systematic, holistic approach to safeguarding equality, improving diversity and maximising inclusion. These are derived from King’s Vision 2029 and informed by the requirements set out in the Public Sector Equality Duty.
Annual Reports
The most recent report prepared by the EDI Function in late 2022 outlines current activity related to the Public Sector Equality Duty and, where gaps exist, show how we are addressing them. Our latest report comes in two parts: the EDI annual report and a separate data narrative. Together the annual report & data narrative:

Takes stock and report progress against previous Equality, Diversity & Inclusion targets, for both staff and students;

Outlines our priorities and priority actions from 2021 onwards.
This 2022 annual report & date narrative fulfils our responsibilities in relation to our reporting requirements under the Equality Act (2010).
