The STELLARIS 8 FALCON (FAst Lifetime CONtrast) is our easy-to-use microscope optimised for Fluorescence Lifetime IMaging (FLIM). Featuring a tuneable multi-photon and white light laser source, this incubated microscope is ideal for functional imaging of live cells and complex systems.

Equipped with a Coherent Chameleon Discovery Laser, this system can also be used for novel confocal imaging modalities such as single harmonic generation (SHG), and two-photon excitation.

The flexibility in excitation and detection also makes the microscope very suitable highly multiplexed acquisitions and we provide support with additional spectral unmixing pipelines to further enhance the images.

Our new multi-immersion objective also allows for perfect refractive index matching for a wide variety of sample types, enabling high-resolution deep imaging, specifically useful for optically cleared samples.
