The STELLARIS 8 FALCON (FAst Lifetime CONtrast) is our easy-to-use microscope optimised for Fluorescence Lifetime IMaging (FLIM). Featuring a tuneable multi-photon and white light laser source, this incubated microscope is ideal for functional imaging of live cells and complex systems.
This system can also be used for novel confocal imaging modalities such as single harmonic generation (SHG), and two-photon excitation.
Excitation Wavelengths:
405 nm (Diode),
440 – 790 nm (White Light Laser),
660 – 1320 nm (Chameleon Discovery NX)
Objectives: 10x/0.40, 20x/0.75, 63x/1.40 (oil)
Detectors: 4x hybrid detectors (Power HyD NDD)
