Inverted Wide-field microscope for live imaging with incubation and CO2

Nikon's Ti2 inverted microscopes are fully motorised for multi-dimensional imaging, equipped with Nikon’s Perfect Focus System (PFS). This allows users to maintain the desired focal plane for long-term live cell imaging.

Imaging System: Nikon DS-Qi2 sCMOS camera and Nikon DS50M

Objectives: 10x, 20x (ELWD), 40x (ELWD) dry (60x and 100x oil available if required)

Contrast Techniques: DIC, Fluorescence and Phase Contrast

Fluorescence Observation: DAPI, GFP, Cy3, Cy5 (CFP, YFP, CFP/YFP FRET available on request)

Environment: Oko-Lab chamber with temperature and CO2 control
