To assess the views of social workers who qualified in Spring 2021 on the Step Up to Social Work route in one partnership and where their teaching had taken place during the pandemic.

A longitudinal survey distributed at three time points between May 2021 and November 2022 to explore participants’ views on their preparation for practice and how this translated into their professional practice in the first 18 months after qualification.
